Job summary

GT Independence, LLC is seeking an Enrollment Manager to lead the strategy and execution of new referrals and enrollment processes. You will work with prospective participants, case managers, brokers, independent facilitators, and internal teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.

The role oversees the enrollment process from initiation through processing and leads a regional team to drive growth. 3+ years of related experience and MS Office skills are desired.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Leads the enrollment team within a state or region to ensure high-quality enrollment services.
• Generates leads and referrals for new individuals and their employees.
• Cultivates relationships with case managers, brokers, independent facilitators and other referring entities to build referrals.
• Drives enrollments to meet growth goals through presentations and meetings with case managers, external stakeholders, and participants.
• Provides timely updates to referrers and enrollees on enrollment status.
• Supports Directors of Business Development in new market opportunities.
• Troubleshoots issues and answers staff and customer questions to keep enrollment smooth.
• Manages staff workload and efficiency.
• Helps with staffing, training, scheduling, and recognition programs.
• Manages special projects and prepares status reports.
