Job summary

The University of Dayton is seeking a Processing Coordinator to support the Enrollment Services team with daily processing and indexing of application documents, data entry, and maintenance of student records for domestic and international undergraduates.

This full-time role reports to the Assistant Director of Enrollment Services and emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and collaborative work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of data entry and related office experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, in groups, and one-on-one.
• Must be self-directed and able to work without close supervision.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and index application-related documents and complete data entry.
• Maintain accurate student records across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Services staff and campus partners to ensure efficient service.
