The role requires strong communication, organization, and troubleshooting abilities, with responsibilities including cross-department coordination and process improvements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and two years of appropriate experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to craft professional email communication to applicants and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Review and input data from transcripts into the Student Information System using OCR and data entry.
• Review SAT/ACT/AP/IB data and ensure data accuracy for reporting.
• Match documents or test scores to student files and export records to OnBase.
• Draft and maintain professional email communications with applicants and departments.
• Participate in recruitment events and provide excellent applicant experience.
