Structured within the division of Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM), the Enrollment Services team is focused on service excellence, innovation, and willingly supports division goals to remain agile within a competitive environment and to recruit, enroll and graduate highly qualified students.
The Processing Coordinator supports the daily operations of Enrollment Services by processing and indexing application-related documents, completing data entry, and maintaining accurate student records across multiple systems. This role reports to the Assistant Director of Enrollment Services and is responsible for the timely, detail-oriented processing of high school and college transcripts and related documentation for domestic and international undergraduate students. This position is expected to work with an innovative and agile spirit while collaborating with Enrollment Services staff,
division teams, and campus partners to ensure efficient, compliant, and student-centered service.
