Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona is hiring for an Enrollment Services Analyst to collaborate with business leaders on workflow analysis, process improvements, and project execution within Enrollment Services. The role supports day-to-day reporting and system issues across the division.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, mapping enrollment data between systems, and driving data-driven process improvements to boost service and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of experience in operations with knowledge of enrollment systems (All Levels).
• 3 years of experience in a professional business environment (All Levels).
• High-School Diploma or GED required (All Levels).
• 3 years of experience in the health insurance/health care industry (All Levels).
• 3 years in Enrollment/Membership services (All Levels).
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in related field; AMA Level 2 certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and research complex operational problems related to quality control and procedures in assigned unit.
• Develop and maintain system test plans with Enrollment Provide project management.
• Create and/or update training material.
• Develop scopes, requirements, objectives, risk assessment and issues lists.
• Act as liaison between management, staff, and vendors.
• Build and maintain Enrollment workflow rules within system.
• Analyze files and perform mapping between systems.
• Lead meetings at multiple staff levels and drive data-driven improvements.
• Develop productivity strategies and measures with operations management.
• Identify and implement repeatable process improvements.
• Conduct analyses to identify deviations and inform area leadership.
• Perform higher-level analyses on current processes and trends.
