Responsibilities

• Enroll subscribers and dependents for all lines of business for complex accounts.
• Verify enrollment status, update records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and address discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with Account Installation Team and Billing to ensure updates and billing alignment.
• Assist with training for new hires and refreshers as needed.
