Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking an Enrollment Processor, Intermediate, to support installation of new memberships and maintenance processing. You will review and process reports and ad-hoc requests to back ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1 year of additional relevant experience in lieu of a diploma.
• Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience.
• Knowledge of medical plans and benefits.
• Requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures within Enrollment Processing.
• Large group, Small group, Commercial, Medi-Cal, CalPERS knowledge preferred.
• Facets and Salesforce experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership.
• Self-driven and able to operate with limited supervision.
• Intermediate-Advanced skills creating documents using Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of new memberships and processing maintenance requests.
• Review and process various new and existing reports as well as ad-hoc requests.
• Support initiatives by contributing to Enrollment Processing activities.
