Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona is seeking a dedicated Marketing & Enrollment Support professional to help drive FEP enrollment goals and coordinate field-marketing strategies across Arizona. You will work under a marketing lead/manager with autonomy on project execution, building strong relationships with federal agencies and member outreach teams.

Qualifications

• High-School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• Active, current health insurance license not applicable here.

Responsibilities

• Support annual FEP enrollment goals with field schedule and marketing plan.
• Manage CRM activities and event materials; maintain budgets.
• Develop talking points; outbound calls and follow ups.
• Develop marketing materials for key audiences in territory.
• Travel to federal agencies as needed; onsite/remote coordination.
