Job summary

The University of South Florida is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Business Analysis Manager in documenting processes and gathering requirements for enrollment management and campus partners. You will help create process documentation, analyze workflows, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

You will facilitate stakeholder workshops, develop SOPs and flowcharts, and maintain calendars and fact sheets to ensure deadlines and program goals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least two years in a business analysis or project management role.
• Experience documenting processes and gathering business requirements.
• Familiarity with creating process maps, SOPs, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document business requirements, processes, and workflows with stakeholders.
• Lead workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather input and manage expectations.
• Create comprehensive process documentation, maps, and SOPs; audit and update as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
