Job summary

The University of Miami Information Technology & Systems Department is seeking a full-time Business Systems Analyst 3 - Central to analyze operations, improve processes, and align data-driven initiatives with technology strategies across the university.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design enhancements for in-house software, configure Slate workflows, and develop dashboards and training materials to support enrollment and admissions outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• IIBA AAC and Slate Certification preferred.
• Experience with user training and training materials.
• Experience with AI platforms in admissions is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and creating user stories.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, analyzes and triages application issues; documents ongoing projects.
• Provides training for internal users and monitors system availability.
• Develops action plans with goals, timelines and approvals.
• Creates dashboards and reporting solutions for leadership and end users.
• Configures Slate workflows and related technology to support recruitment and enrollment.
• Collaborates with stakeholders across departments on project lifecycle.
