Job summary

NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) seeks a Coordinator of New Student and Community Relations to drive recruitment and outreach. You will engage prospective students, families, schools, and partners through on- and off-campus activities, guiding applicants through enrollment and maintaining records in the CRM.

The role reports to the Director of New Student Relations and focuses on events, partnerships, and frontline enrollment insights to support NWACC's goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of experience in program administration or student services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment events.
• Maintain relationships with high schools and community partners.
• Represent NWACC at outreach events and college fairs.
• Provide admissions information and guide enrollment steps.
• Use social media, email, and text messaging for outreach.
• Ensure accurate data entry in CRM and SIS.
