Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of experience in program administration, student services, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment events.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with assigned high schools and community partners.
• Represent NWACC at high school visits, college fairs, job expos and other outreach events.
• Provide admissions information and guide prospective students through enrollment.
• Use social media, email, and text messaging to communicate with prospective students.
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising Student Ambassadors.
• Organize and lead campus visits and tours.
• Maintain a presence at NWACC’s Bentonville and Springdale locations.
• Ensure accurate CRM and SIS data entry for prospective student interactions.
