NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) seeks a Coordinator of New Student and Community Relations to drive recruitment and outreach. You will engage prospective students, families, schools, and partners through on- and off-campus activities, guiding applicants through enrollment and maintaining records in the CRM.
The role reports to the Director of New Student Relations and focuses on events, partnerships, and frontline enrollment insights to support NWACC's goals.

The Coordinator of New Student and Community Relations supports the college's recruitment and outreach efforts by engaging prospective students, families, schools, and community partners through on- and off-campus activities. Working under the direction of the Director of New Student Relations, this position executes recruitment initiatives, represents the college at outreach events, maintains recruitment records, and contributes frontline insights to support enrollment goals.
Rate of Pay: $19.76 per hour*Higher compensation may be considered based on qualifications directly related to position
