Job summary

NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) is seeking a Development Coordinator to support fundraising efforts across annual giving, scholarships, alumni relations, and corporate relations.

Reporting to the Director of Development, the role coordinates donor outreach, acknowledgments, events, and communications while maintaining the donor management system. A Bachelor's degree and at least two years in fundraising or marketing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years in fundraising and/or marketing.
• Experience with donor databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make personal solicitation calls to donors, alumni, and partners.
• Inform potential contributors of NWACC needs and encourage gifts.
• Acknowledge and steward contributions appropriately.
• Plan and manage events and Foundation activities.
• Deliver mail/email appeals and alumni engagement strategies.
• Maintain relationships with donors and college partners.
• Support cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities.
• Assist in donor data management and reporting.
