Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience in college/university setting, especially recruitment or admissions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and counsel prospective students and families about programs, admissions, and financial aid.
• Build and maintain relationships with high schools and community partners to promote WNCC.
• Represent WNCC at high school visits, college fairs, and events within recruitment territory.
• Coordinate and host on-campus and off-campus recruitment events and workshops.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective students and families via email, phone, text or CRM messaging.
• Record and update student data in CRM and institutional databases.
• Follow up with prospective and admitted students within 24 business hours.
• Collaborate with faculty and student services to provide information and resources.
