Job summary

NWACC is seeking a Coordinator of New Student and Community Relations to lead recruitment and outreach at the Benton County Campus. You will engage prospective students, families, schools, and community partners, guiding them through enrollment and representing the college at events.

The role demands strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to build relationships across diverse groups, and experience planning events. Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of relevant experience in program administration, student services, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to engage diverse groups and manage events.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment events per strategy and timelines.
• Maintain relationships with high schools and community partners for recruitment.
• Represent NWACC at visits, fairs, expos and other events.
• Provide admissions information and guide prospective students through enrollment.
• Utilize social media, email, and text messaging to reach prospects.
• Enter interactions and outcomes accurately in CRM/SIS; assist with training Student Ambassadors.
• Organize campus visits and tours; travel locally as needed.
