Job summary

RemoteFetch in Henderson, NV is seeking a Contact Center Agent who will be the first point of contact for prospective students, directing inquiries toward the appropriate pathway within Enrollment Services. This is a remote role working with your supervisor to achieve enrollment goals.

You will handle outbound and inbound calls, qualify leads, transfer to Admissions Consultants, and strive to meet productivity metrics while building rapport and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Call center experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
• Excellent attendance and communication skills.
• Strong independent work and time-management abilities.
• Able to work evenings and weekends occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Make outgoing and receive incoming calls to those interested in attending our colleges.
• Qualify and then transfer those calls to an Admissions Consultant.
• Generate excitement and build rapport with our potential students.
• Meet productivity metrics.
• Utilize an auto-dialing system to accurately track and report calls taken.
• Dedicated to helping others achieve their education goals.
