Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems (word processing, file and records management).
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilités

• Conduct enrollment process with the person served and circle of support in a timely manner.
• Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommend improvements to internal processes/systems to prevent future issues and enhance service experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Perform external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility.
