Job summary

Kalamazoo Valley Community College invites applications for a full-time Recruitment & Outreach Coordinator to support the Kalamazoo Valley Accelerated Associate Program (KVAAP). Work with the Assistant Director to develop outreach and enrollment strategies and coordinate events.

The role requires building relationships with schools and community partners, guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, and managing on-campus and off-campus outreach, including information sessions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, student services, business administration or related field.
• Three (3) years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Visit K-12 schools, community organizations, businesses, non-profits to achieve enrollment objectives.
• Guide prospective students through the KVAAP enrollment process from prospect to enrollee.
• Collaborate with college departments to maximize enrollment efforts and generate leads in Kalamazoo County.
• Conduct intake interviews as needed and staff information sessions.
