Job summary

West Georgia Technical College in Waco is seeking an Admissions Recruiter to drive enrollment by engaging prospective students and building relationships with high schools, community partners, and workforce programs.

You will manage outreach, conduct presentations, and move applicants through the admissions process with strong coordination across Admissions, Advising, and Financial Aid. This position requires travel within the service area and a commitment to student success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Two years of related work experience; degree may be substituted year-for-year.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment activities within an assigned geographic territory.
Engage prospective students through high school visits, college fairs, career fairs, community events, information sessions, and campus tours.
Maintain accurate records of prospective student interactions and follow-up using a CRM.
Collaborate with Admissions, Advising, Financial Aid, Registrar, and other departments to support enrollment.
Represent the College at recruitment events and information sessions.
