You will oversee admissions processing, coordinate staffing, and drive enrollment strategies in collaboration with the Director of Admissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years related work experience.
• Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
• Experience in admissions, financial aid, or registrar’s office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily admissions and enrollment activities for the Enrollment Center.
• Oversee admissions processing to ensure timely completion of documents.
• Monitor incomplete applications and follow up on requirements.
• Coordinate staffing and daily operations during peak enrollment periods.
• Develop campus recruitment plans aligned with WGTC goals.
• Collaborate with campus partners to support student success.
