Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of related work experience.
• Familiarity with college admissions processes and FERPA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming contact for prospective and admitted students throughout recruitment, admissions, and enrollment.
• Respond to questions via phone, text, and email with a professional, solution-focused approach.
• Represent WGTC at high schools, career fairs, and community events.
• Build relationships with K-12 schools, counselors, and community partners.
• Guide students in exploring programs and pathways aligned with career goals.
• Review admission files to ensure documentation meets requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure a smooth student experience from inquiry to enrollment.
• Assist with strategic planning initiatives and other duties as assigned.
