Jewish Vocational Service (JVS) in San Francisco is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to ensure accurate participant assessment, review applications, and enter data in Salesforce. You will collaborate with multiple teams on outreach, program orientation, and document collection.

You will conduct assessments, coach candidates through the enrollment process, and manage the Salesforce funnel to trigger communications about acceptance or rejection.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in admissions, enrollment, or customer service.
• Experience with data entry and basic database management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review Applications: Thoroughly review program applications to assess candidate suitability.
• Conduct Assessments: Implement assessment processes to evaluate participant qualifications.
• Data Entry in Salesforce: Maintain accurate participant records in Salesforce or similar systems.
• Program Orientation: Facilitate program orientations to familiarize participants with program expectations, resources, and support services.
• Coach Candidates: Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the enrollment process.
• Manage Salesforce Funnel: Navigate participants through the enrollment funnel in Salesforce, triggering appropriate communication regarding acceptance or rejection status.
