Qualifications

• Experience teaching online with virtual facilitation.
• Strong knowledge of using Learning Management Systems.
• Ability to engage diverse learners with an equity lens.
• Proven ability to deliver creative online learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate multiple cohorts concurrently across foundational topics.
• Provide 1:1 coaching and support for learners with barriers.
• Track progress and give timely feedback on coursework.
• Design and update curriculum content to stay current.
• Engage participants asynchronously via LMS discussions.
• Coordinate live sessions and guest speakers.
