Detroit Cristo Rey High School seeks a Student Recruitment and Enrollment Coordinator to join the Enrollment team. The role reports to the Director of Student Recruitment and Enrollment and collaborates with prospective students, parents, faculty, and community partners to meet annual enrollment goals and share the school's mission.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 3 years in recruitment, enrollment services, marketing, or related fields.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to serve economically disadvantaged, diverse students with patience and humility.
• Strong customer service orientation and collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the school at events and community gatherings to recruit students and families.
• Collaborate on marketing and admissions materials and manage outreach across channels.
• Coordinate with faculty, work-study staff and families to ensure a smooth admissions process.
• Lead ambassador programs and plan events such as Open Houses and Shadow Days.
• Maintain timely communication in English and Spanish with prospective families.
• Assist with financial aid processes and enrollment documentation.
