Job summary

You will collaborate with leadership to build strong school identity, manage CRM workflows, and deliver engaging digital marketing in alignment with budgets and state guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree/equivalent experience required.
• Experience in sales or marketing for schools is highly desired.
• Proven ability to use social media and digital marketing to recruit families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enrollment and marketing plans to promote the school.
• Use CRM to build and manage families through the enrollment pipeline.
• Coordinate with school leadership on events, tours, open houses, and information sessions.
• Maintain timely communication with applicants and ensure documentation is complete.
