Job summary

Cristo Rey Jesuit Seattle High School is seeking a mission-driven Director of Admissions to recruit and enroll students, grow the class, and serve families with a student-centered approach.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in recruitment or nonprofit settings, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Some evenings/weekends are required as the program expands services for underserved students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, non-profit management, marketing, or student services.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll new students and meet annual enrollment goals.
• Build external relationships with middle schools, community organizations, employers, and nonprofits.
• Represent CRJS at schools, church services, and community events.
• Report progress to leadership and manage the enrollment budget.
• Plan and execute outreach events (Open Houses, Shadow Days, EXPO Night).
• Collaborate with Marketing to design ads, mailings, and social media.
