The position emphasizes strong customer service, collaboration with the communications team, and leadership of ambassador programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 3 years in recruitment, enrollment services, non-profit management or related fields.
• Ability to serve economically disadvantaged, racially diverse students and families with patience and humility.
• Friendly, outgoing, collaborative with a strong customer service focus and sense of urgency.
• Strong organizational, time management and written/spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Detroit Cristo Rey to prospective students and families at high school fairs, expos, church services, community events.
• Collaborate with Director of Recruitment and Director of Communications to develop marketing strategies and design promotional materials and social media content.
• Assist in interview and admissions process coordinating with faculty, leadership and families to ensure a smooth admissions flow.
• Prepare admission and financial aid files with all required documents for each applicant.
• Lead the Student and Parent Ambassador Programs, recruiting and training ambassadors for events.
• Provide logistical support for ambassador programs and events (Open Houses, Shadow Days, etc.).
• Maintain timely communication in Spanish and English with prospective families.
