Job summary

DSST Public Schools is seeking a Bilingual Community Engagement and Recruitment Manager to coordinate family and community partnerships at a campus serving middle and high school students. This in-person role focuses on recruitment, enrollment, and advocacy, reporting to the School Director.

You will collaborate with Home Office and school teams, manage events, track data, and build strong community ties to support student success and family engagement.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruitment or sales experience.
• 2-3 years of student recruitment, family engagement, or community engagement.
• 3+ years in project management or customer service fields.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus-based community engagement and recruitment across middle and high school.
• Partner with home office, school leadership, and external partners to meet recruitment and enrollment goals.
• Develop and execute family communications, events, and advocacy activities.
• Utilize data to track progress, adjust strategies, and report outcomes.
• Represent DSST at community events and build local partnerships.
