Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a motivated professional to manage enrollment goals for NTI credentialing programs at the Fort Worth campus. You will secure funding, oversee waiting lists, and help achieve high completion and placement rates.

You will build partnerships, conduct outreach events, track outcomes in Claritysoft, and produce regular reports. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year of direct customer service and group facilitation experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Internet and Outlook; good math and grammar.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills enrollment goals for NTI credentialing programs and secures funding.
• Manages waiting lists and aims for 80% completion and placement; 90-day retention goals.
• Develops partnerships and conducts outreach events to meet enrollment targets.
• Maintains timely data in Claritysoft; documents activities within 24 hours.
• Attends required training and performs other duties as assigned.
