Job summary

Texas State Technical College is seeking an Enrollment Coach at the North Texas Campus to guide students from enrollment through graduation and to support persistence and graduation goals. You will work with multiple departments to ensure a seamless student experience and accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes frontline advising, FAFSA/FERPA awareness, and proactive outreach, with a strong focus on customer service and collaboration across campus teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• 1–3 years customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to solve problems and make decisions.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a student caseload and assist with enrollment, financial aid, and progression questions.
• Help students determine degree programs and courses aligned with career goals.
• Guide students through the enrollment process with Registrar’s Office, Financial Aid, and course registration.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Veteran Services, Financial Aid, Registrar's Office, Operations, and Student Services to support students.
• Conduct outreach to support student success and monitor progress using advising techniques.
• Perform general enrollment and administrative duties including document handling and data quality checks.
