Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking an Enrollment and Outreach Specialist to drive enrollment for NTI credentialing programs at our Fort Worth location. You will secure funding, manage waiting lists, and build partnerships while coordinating outreach events and data entry in Claritysoft.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree, customer service and group facilitation experience, and strong communication skills. Independent work with team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• “One year of direct customer service and group facilitation experience.”
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, Internet and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Meet enrollment goals for NTI credentialing programs and secure funding.
• Manage waiting lists and maintain data in Claritysoft.
• Aim for 80% completion and placement rates and 90-day retention goals.
