Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• 1-3 years customer service or sales preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and sound reasoning.
• Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Adaptability to learn and use new technologies.
• Occasional travel up to 5% and nights/weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Guide students from enrollment through graduation, advocating for their success.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Veteran Services, Financial Aid, Registrar’s Office, Operations, and Student Services.
• Assist students in selecting degree programs and courses aligned with goals.
• Navigate enrollment processes and ensure requirements are met (Registrar, Financial Aid, registration, payments).
• Monitor progress and utilize Early Alert to identify at-risk students and plan outreach.
• Perform enrollment and administrative duties, including document handling and quality control.
