Job summary

HealthPlanOne is hiring for an Enrollment Support Specialist to help ensure customers are enrolled in the right health plans. You will reconcile application statuses, update records, and collaborate with agents and carriers to confirm enrollment data.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong Excel and CRM skills, and excellent communication. Night shift coverage may be required at times, with a hybrid office-based work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or client services role is required.
• Familiarity with Medicare rules and plans is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with insurance application status reconciliation to ensure customers are enrolled in plans.
• Update customer records with new information related to applications and accounts.
• Collaborate with agents and carriers to verify enrollment status and gather missing data.
• Troubleshoot enrollment and quoting platform issues; provide data when needed.
• Support internal teams by supplying data and performing data checks.
• Run nightly checks of the enrollment system to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
