Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or customer-service experience in insurance or related fields.
• Experience selling health insurance, ACA plans, Medicare Advantage, or related products is highly preferred.
• Experience serving U.S. customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls about health insurance plans.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand healthcare requirements and coverage preferences.
• Explain plans, premiums, deductibles, and eligibility clearly.
• Guide customers through enrollment and complete required paperwork.
• Provide accurate plan information and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Build trust through personalized assistance and solutions.
• Follow up with leads to increase enrollment opportunities.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and applications in CRM.
