Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide employees/clients through the benefits enrollment process (health, dental, vision, retirement, etc.).
• Explain plan options, coverage details, and eligibility requirements in a clear and professional manner.
• Process enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately in payroll and benefits systems.
• Verify and maintain accurate employee benefits records.
• Assist with open enrollment periods, including communication and follow-ups.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding benefits plans and claims.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal HR teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Generate reports and track enrollment metrics as needed.
