Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Preferred experience in call centers or higher education settings; experience with multi-line phone systems; knowledge of Banner and CRM platforms; data entry skills; able to work flexible hours; strong organization and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective and current students, delivering excellent customer service and accurate information to support enrollment and student success.
• Provide information by phone, email, texts, and CRM; update records in CRM and Banner.
• Manage high volume of inbound/outbound calls and de-escalate situations.
• Assist with enrollment steps, admissions requirements, financial aid, advisement/registration and academic programs.
