Job summary

• Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as filing, word processing, and records management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment processes with the person served and their support circle in a timely manner.
• Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Suggest improvements to internal processes to prevent issues and improve service experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Conduct outreach to community partners and stakeholders to support enrollment growth.
