Job summary

GT Independence is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to manage the end-to-end enrollment process for individuals in self-direction programs. You will coordinate with the person served and their support network, ensure complete enrollment documentation, and uphold HIPAA requirements in daily activities.

In this role you will identify opportunities to streamline enrollment workflows, collaborate with community partners, and support service accessibility.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment with the person served and their circle of support in a timely manner.
• Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommend improvements to internal process/systems to prevent issues and enhance service experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Performs external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth.
