Job summary

American Fidelity is seeking a results-driven sales support professional to facilitate onboarding and enrollment processes for new and existing accounts. You will manage schedules, deadlines, and coordination between customers, home office, and field sales to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.

Responsibilities include driving enrollment growth, maintaining quality and cost containment, and serving as the primary contact across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; five years of sales or sales support experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent organization and project management with attention to detail.
• Superior interpersonal skills with ability to interact, consult, influence, negotiate and direct.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates onboarding and implementation for new or reserved accounts; strengthens customer relationships.
• Manages enrollment process across all phases, handling multiple enrollments and deadlines.
• Serves as liaison among customer, home office and field sales to ensure quality and a positive experience.
• Uses company car for duties as required.
