Job summary

Christian Healthcare Ministries (CHM) seeks a Member Enrollment Representative to grow membership and deliver a Christ-centered member experience. The MER guides prospective members through enrollment, answers questions, and supports retention with empathy and clear guidance.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound calls, lead conversion, HubSpot CRM input, and collaboration with Marketing and Member Services.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in online or phone-based sales (preferred).
• College education or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets and performance expectations.
• Engage in inbound and outbound phone sales to assist prospective members through enrollment.
• Establish referrals and build relationships with potential prospects.
• Respond promptly and professionally to prospective member calls and inquiries.
• Explain CHM guidelines, programs, and options clearly to members.
• Assist in retaining memberships when appropriate.
• Input and track prospects using HubSpot and CHM systems.
