You will serve as a primary point of contact for billing and payment inquiries while supporting financial integrity and positive member experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in billing, payments, accounts receivable, or a related administrative/financial role preferred.
• Ability to learn and navigate billing and payment systems effectively.
• Comfort using standard office equipment and PC-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately apply, post, and audit member monthly contributions and donations.
• Process payments through various methods, including credit card and check transactions.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for members regarding billing and payment questions.
