Job summary

Nurtur Holdings LLC in West Des Moines is seeking an Enrollment Marketing Specialist (Admissions) to counsel prospective students through the admissions process and manage enrollment life-cycle activities.

You will support enrollment campaigns, craft storytelling for brand positioning, coordinate events, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with Admissions and Financial Aid to meet annual goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Admissions (80%): provide one-on-one counseling to prospective students and guide them through admissions process and program options.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with Admissions Support to book appointments.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Financial Aid to achieve annual enrollment goals.
• Support enrollment marketing campaigns and events.
• Capture social media content and support strategy initiatives.
