Job summary

Yellow Brick Road is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to guide families from inquiry through registration across assigned schools in Iowa. You will partner with School Directors, Marketing, and Operations to deliver timely, personalized communication and optimize the enrollment funnel.

The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to travel between assigned schools as needed. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in enrollment or customer-facing roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with families and school leaders.
• Proven ability to manage prospects through a multi-step enrollment/sales pipeline.
• Experience with CRM technology to manage a prospect or customer pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospective families from inquiry through completed registration.
• Nurture leads using established communication standards and CRM workflows.
• Schedule tours and communicate with families before and after visits.
• Collaborate with School Directors to align on family needs and tour outcomes.
• Monitor enrollment metrics and identify barriers to improve performance.
