Job summary

Parexel in Baltimore, MD seeks an Associate Manager, Enrollment (Patient Recruitment & Enrollment Manager) to lead Enrollment Services within the EPCU, ensuring timely enrollment in line with sponsor protocols, GCP, and applicable regulations.

You will manage recruitment, screening, and marketing teams across studies and collaborate with Clinical Operations, Medical, PM, and Business Development to accelerate delivery while prioritizing participant experience. This role is on-site in Baltimore.

• Requires leadership or coordination of teams, projects, or operational initiatives.
• Experience supporting recruitment, enrollment, or participant engagement efforts.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
