Job summary

Parexel International is seeking an Associate Manager, Enrollment to oversee Enrollment Services within the EPCU. You will lead recruitment, screening, and marketing efforts to ensure timely, budget-conscious enrollment compliant with GCP and sponsor protocols.

You will collaborate with Clinical Operations, Medical, Project Management, and Business Development to accelerate study delivery while ensuring a positive participant experience. This on-site role is based in Baltimore, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical development, healthcare, patient recruitment, enrollment operations, or related field.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams, projects, or operational initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience supporting recruitment, marketing, enrollment, or participant engagement efforts.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent the organization professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee recruitment, screening, and marketing teams to deliver enrollment services.
• Oversee study recruitment performance, screening metrics, and enrollment progress.
• Develop and execute patient recruitment, marketing, and community outreach strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support study execution and enrollment goals.
• Review study feasibility and provide recommendations to improve recruitment.
