Job summary
Southside Virginia Community College (SVCC) seeks an experienced, collaborative leader for the role of Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management & Student Services. - Demonstrated experience supervising and developing staff.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
- Knowledge of enrollment management, admissions, and financial aid systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership for Admissions & Records, Financial Aid & Veterans Affairs, and Student Experience.
- Partner with the Vice President to implement the Strategic Enrollment Management Plan.
- Provide leadership for enrollment technologies (e.g., CRM and navigation tools).
- Oversee student conduct processes and initial review of complaints and grievances.
- Supervise registrars and coordinators, manage budgets, and set service standards.
- Use data and metrics to improve enrollment initiatives and decision-making.
