Job summary

Galen College of Nursing seeks an Enrollment Manager to lead the enrollment team toward quarterly new student goals and optimize the admissions and financial aid process. You will design strategies, coordinate events, and drive outreach to grow the student base, collaborating across departments.

The role requires strong leadership, CRM proficiency, and excellent communication. Expect a dynamic environment with travel to local outreach events and evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Leadership in enrollment management, admissions, financial aid, or registration preferred.
• Experience with process-improvement initiatives and change-management environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) required.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand local market and competitive environment relative to Galen’s goals and objectives.
• Increase community presence with recruitment strategies and outreach initiatives (Workshops, Open Houses, College Fairs).
• Develop quarterly admissions and financial aid forecasts; lead teams to meet enrollment goals.
• Evaluate and improve the student enrollment experience from admissions to registration.
• Develop and implement enrollment strategy to manage applications through enrollment.
• Utilize CRM systems for monitoring metrics and reporting.
