Job summary

Galen College of Nursing is seeking an Enrollment Counselor to guide prospective students through the decision process and enrollment journey. You will be the main contact for students from initial inquiry to admission, delivering program information and coordinating campus visits.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree and experience in higher education recruitment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in higher education recruitment or admissions.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced enrollment environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, web chat, and social media.
• Input data and document follow-up using Recruit and Colleague systems.
• Provide information on programs and give campus tours to prospective students.
• Notify accepted students and orient them to program expectations.
• Guide students through enrollment, including transfer credit and prerequisites.
