Job summary

Galen College of Nursing seeks an Enrollment Manager to motivate and lead the enrollment team, driving strategies to achieve quarterly new student enrollment goals. The role includes expanding community presence through workshops, open houses, college fairs, and events, while forecasting admissions and managing financial aid with a high-performance team.

You will oversee admissions and financial aid operations, coach staff, and implement process improvements to optimize the student enrollment

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with enrollment management, admissions, financial aid, or registration preferred.
• Experience with process-improvement initiatives and change-management environments preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, lead, and support the enrollment team to meet quarterly new student enrollment goals.
• Develop outreach initiatives: enrollment workshops, open houses, college fairs, and events.
• Forecast admissions and financial aid; coach teams to hit enrollment targets.
• Oversee admissions and financial aid operations, including hiring and training.
• Monitor enrollment processes and provide performance feedback and action plans.
